Does Octopus24 charge commission on my bookings?
No. We don’t charge commissions on the bookings you generate, nor on the channels you connect to. What you book is yours.
Is there a binding contract?
None. You can cancel whenever you want, with no penalties and no fine print.
What kind of support do you offer?
A support team available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in Spanish and focused on the Latin American market.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Mercado Pago, Stripe and other processors. Your booking engine takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What is a channel manager?
